Credits are required to run AI searches in Eno. Each time you run an AI search using Eno's 'Ask Eno' feature, credits are deducted from your account.
How many credits does a search cost?
The cost of a search varies with its complexity and the number of documents in your workspace. A typical search will cost 50-100 credits.
Do I get any free credits?
Yes! When you first sign up for Eno, you will be given 1,000 welcome credits so you can try it out before deciding to purchase more credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
When you run out of credits, you will be unable to continue running AI searches in Eno. You may buy more credits any time, in $15 increments.
Do credits expire?
Credits expire one year from the purchase date. Promotional credits may be awarded with shorter expiration dates. For instance, the welcome credits you receive on sign-up must be used within 90 days.
Can I use Eno without spending credits?
Yes, Eno's basic PDF viewing and text search features do not require any credits. Additionally, if you have a local LLM, you can connect it to Eno and use it for free.
